1 cup of water

 1 scoop of Recovery Mix (vanilla flavor)

 sliced almonds (or your preferred nuts)

 dates (or your preferred fruit)

 ground flaxseed (approx. 1 tablespoon)

 cinnamon (or your preferred spices)
